Dwayne is the pastor in charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the future generation of Biblical Counselors. He is a member of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written numerous online publications as well as a co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne has three kids along with his wife Leslie.
